We went twice! Once for Dinner- awesome experience! Then again in the morning for brunch...the portion were of moderate size, but the sangria was great.

What a gorgeous restaurant! Mayami is a hot destination for late night parties - for our case, a bachelorette. This place is sparkling with lights and tropical decorations. There was a fire dance performance during our time here which added a pleasant surprise to our visit The Mayami roll I had was a bit too spicy for my taste, but others may enjoy it. They were out of the Mayami beer, which is their house draft; wish I could've tried it. The service was really attentive despite how busy the restaurant was becoming. The restaurant turns into a club after 10pm (I think), but we weren't able to stay unfortunately! Overall music was great and everyone enjoyed themselves!

Mayami is a restaurant and lounge in the heart of Wynwood. Located right next to one of my fav Wynwood spots, 1-800-Lucky, it isn't hard to spot when coming to the area. Came here with some girlfriends on a Saturday night for a bachelorette party and it was definitely a hot spot for the occasion as we saw a few other bach parties here while dining. We had a reservation and were able to be seated even with only half of our party there which was nice. Service was super swift and friendly enough. The overall vibe of the place is fun and outgoing. There's music playing and once it hits a certain time, the lights dim and music changes to more lively latin music. There was a fire dancer during dinner which added to the fun atmosphere. For drinks, they had a pretty limited selection of beer when we went but their cocktails were good from what my friends said. I opted for the Flor de Jamaica which doesn't have any alcohol and was super good (not too sweet). For food, I shared a Toro Toro roll with my friend and it was pretty good. Overall, our group enjoyed the food and drinks. Of course, when you come to Wynwood, it's Miami prices so it was no surprise that the dinner was a bit high including a merchant fee cost. We didn't stay for when it turned into a club/lounge but it looked fun. I believe you have to reserve a table if you want to stay for that. Overall, a pretty good spot for a dinner occasion if you want a night out to dine in Wynwood.

Stopped by this place for dinner with my girls and it was phenomenal. We went during the Zona Rosa hours and absolutely loved the performances. There was a stunning fire dancer and energetic violinist, and they performed at regular intervals the entire time we were there. The staff were also super friendly and very helpful in giving other recommendations for those new to the area. I ordered the Crispy Pulpo and was very satisfied with both the taste and portion size, though I did add some of the orange salsa that came with the complimentary chips for added spice. Zona Rosa offers free drinks to women between 7 and 10 pm, which was cute but obviously not very strong (tasted like cider if I'm being honest). Either way, the performances and girl-coded club vibes (from the pink and purple lights) made this well worth it.
